With the assistance of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 212 in Kemptville, the first annual Cody Clark Poor Boy’s Supper was held in November 2003, raising a total of $2,800 from ticket sales and a live auction of donated items. Cody decided to donate $1,000 of the proceeds to Kemptville District Hospital’s Palliative Care Program, with the remainder being used to fund “Grandma and Grandpa Kits.”

The Second Poor Boy’s Supper held October 30, 2004 raised $7,250!

Cody's 3 rd Annual Poor Boy's supper and Auction raised a wonderful, 8,000 dollars that will be given to The Lean On Me Event at Kemptville District Hospital . Max Keeping was our MC and Dominic D'Arcy came out to give a couple of tunes!!! It was a capacity crowd once again and Cody was very happy for all the people who came out to support his efforts as it showed that he really can make a difference with the help of grown-ups!

“So many people donated items for my auction” said Cody.
“I am really happy with the results and I am looking forward to next year already!"

The Vinaigrette restaurant deserves the best praise for donating not only the
supper but also, the two halls, and servers plus the supper and they even donated a dinner for two!
They also told Cody that if he needed a place for future functions he could call on them! Now that is what we call friends!

Cody would like to thank all of his supporters and friends without whom this function would not have been possible!
