Cody decided to do “Cody's Cuddlers' which are teddy bears for the cancer patients at the Ottawa regional Cancer centre where his dad received chemotherapy. He will now be doing this in memory of his dad because they did such a good job keeping him happy even when the chips were down and helping him to live a fairly good life for an extra 5 years!!!

On April 20 th 2006 Cody delivered the first 100 bears to the ORCC and gave a touching speech regarding why he had come to the Cancer Unit that day. He was able to give out at least 40 of the bears to the cancer patients them selves which has resulted in some wonderful feed back for Cody! Max Keeping was there to once again support Cody and Jan as he has done in the past.

Cody will go to the hospital once a month to deliver more bears. We would like to thank Linda Eagen, Melanie Yasinski, Peter and Shannon for all their hard work in assisting Cody with his dream of helping others at the hospital.

Cody has now delivered 170 children's kits to Kemptville District Hospital since October 2002. It will soon reach 200 and we are hoping to have a small celebration to honour this extraordinary event in our hometown of Kemptville!!!

Grandma and Grandpa Kits now total 70 at the time of writing this as Cody will be delivering them in the next week or two!!
